How do I activate my account?
After signing up, you receive an onboarding email with your admin login link. Click it, set your password, and you are in. Your dashboard is ready immediately — no waiting period.
How long does setup take?
Most placement cells are fully set up within 48 hours. Day 1: account activation and team invites. Day 2: student data upload and first employer outreach.
Can I add more than one placement coordinator?
Yes. From your dashboard go to Settings → Team and invite coordinators by email. Each gets their own login with the same admin access.
What format does the student upload file need to be in?
We accept CSV files with columns: Name, Email, Phone, Branch, CGPA, Graduation Year, Skills (comma-separated), and Placement Status. Download our template from the Upload page inside your dashboard.
Can I update student records after uploading?
Yes. You can edit individual records from the Students section, or re-upload a corrected CSV and choose to overwrite existing records by email address.
Is there a limit on how many students I can upload?
No hard limit. The platform is tested with databases of over 5,000 students. If you have a very large batch, upload in chunks of 1,000 for fastest processing.
What happens to student data if I cancel my subscription?
You can export all data as CSV any time from your dashboard. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted. See our Data Transparency page for full details.
How does the AI matching work?
The AI reads each student's branch, CGPA, and skills and matches them against active job requirements from the daily feed. You review the shortlist, adjust if needed, and send profiles with one click.
Can I send profiles to companies not on the job feed?
Yes. Go to Employers → Add Company, enter their contact details, and send profiles directly from the Students section. These are tracked the same way as feed-sourced outreaches.
How do I know if a company has opened the profiles I sent?
The Employer Activity panel shows open time, duration, and whether a company downloaded or shortlisted any profiles. You get a notification the moment they open it.
What does the Placement Report include?
The automated report covers: total eligible students, placed vs. unplaced count, branch-wise breakdown, top recruiting companies, average package (if recorded), and employer engagement stats for the period.
Can I download reports for NAAC or NBA submissions?
Yes. Reports export as PDF and CSV. The PDF format is structured to match common NAAC self-study report requirements. Go to Reports → Export and choose your date range.
How often is the job feed updated?
The fresher job feed is refreshed every morning by 6 AM IST. You can also manually trigger a refresh from your dashboard if you need the latest listings mid-day.
